A core production base in Jiangsu
In 2019, Yuanheng established a core production base in the Shuyang Economic and Technological Development Zone in Jiangsu. The site strengthened the company’s equipment manufacturing foundation and created additional capacity for project production and delivery.
The Jiangsu site supported Yuanheng’s development as a manufacturer of water treatment equipment. It also provides a base for coordinating production processes, material preparation, assembly, inspection and shipment.
From order requirements to production
Industrial orders frequently differ in dimensions, materials, operating conditions and required documentation. The Jiangsu base enables the team to review these requirements before production and arrange the applicable manufacturing and quality-control steps for each confirmed order.
For water-supply and wastewater-treatment equipment, the proposal is developed from the required flow, head, water quality, control method and site interfaces.
A foundation for continued growth
The Jiangsu production base remains an important part of Yuanheng’s manufacturing network. Its established production capability is where current orders are produced today, including galvanized steel tube for furniture, fencing, greenhouse, racking and general fabrication markets.
