- Round steel tube, roll-formed from pre-galvanized steel strip — a welded tube. If your project references a standard, send the standard number and sizes; we review feasibility with the factory and confirm before quoting.

- 0.6 – 2.5 mm standard; other thicknesses on request.
- Steel Grade
- State your required grade. Grade, dimensions and supply conditions are confirmed together for each order.
- Zinc Coating
- Z40 / Z60 / Z80 (40 / 60 / 80 g/m²) standard; other coating weights can be requested. Acceptance criteria and coating measurements are agreed before order confirmation.
- Length
- 6 m is a common enquiry length. Requests for 12 m or cut lengths are reviewed against size, quantity and transport requirements.
- Pipe End Finish
- Plain, beveled or threaded ends with couplings can be requested. Specify thread requirements and confirm processing availability in the quotation.
- Surface Finish
- Clean pre-galvanized surface, suitable for powder coating, electrophoresis or wrapping; surface condition and acceptance requirements agreed per order.
- Manufacturing Standard
- Specify the requested dimensional series and sizes. We review feasibility with the factory and confirm in writing before quoting — we do not claim compliance we cannot evidence.
- Application
- Furniture frames, fencing and guardrails, greenhouse structures, clothes-drying racks, fitness equipment frames, storage racking, gates and general light fabrication.

- From 1 ton — sized for trial orders and market tests.
- Lead Time & Shipment
- Standard walls in about 1 week; a confirmed production and delivery schedule is provided with the quotation. Transport time is quoted separately.
- Packaging
- Steel-strapped bundles; end caps, thread protection, bundle markings and additional export packing can be requested and confirmed with the order.
- Inspection & Reports
- Can be arranged according to the order and customer requirements. The tube line has no third-party certificates at present; if your market requires testing, we are willing to arrange it with you case by case.

Dispatch timing is confirmed for your order. Quantity, availability, processing and inspection all form part of the schedule.

Agree the size, grade, applicable standard, zinc coating, pipe ends, quantity and inspection requirements.

Your quotation confirms availability, minimum quantity, payment terms, packaging and the estimated dispatch date.

Production or stock preparation and any agreed inspection are scheduled after the order and agreed payment conditions are met.

Pack & dispatch
Bundle packing, end protection, shipment documents and transport arrangements follow the order. Transit time is quoted separately from preparation time.
Packing & shipment requirements
Steel-strapped bundles are a common packing option. Request end caps, thread protection, bundle identification or additional export packing when enquiring. Packing, shipping terms and documents are confirmed in the quotation.

Are all listed sizes in stock?
The size information is an enquiry reference, not a stock list. Please send the required outside diameter, wall thickness and quantity so we can confirm availability and the applicable supply standard.
Is your tube hot-dip galvanized or pre-galvanized?
Our tube is roll-formed from pre-galvanized steel strip — the strip is zinc-coated before forming. Standard classes are Z40/Z60/Z80 (40/60/80 g/m²). If your application needs a heavy post-galvanized coating, send the requirement and we confirm feasibility honestly before quoting.
Is the tube seamless?
No — and we say so. Tube rolled from strip always has a weld seam. Ours is a welded tube; seam appearance and treatment can be discussed for your application.
Can you quote other standards or sizes?
Yes, send the standard and exact outside diameter × wall thickness. Other sizes and special lengths are reviewed individually, and dimensions must be matched to the specified standard.
Can tests or third-party inspection be arranged?
Inspection can be arranged according to the order and customer requirements, subject to prior agreement. Specify the test method, acceptance criteria, sampling, required reports and inspection party before order confirmation.
What is the lead time and minimum order quantity?
MOQ is from 1 ton per order — sized for trial orders and market tests. Standard walls are ready in about 1 week. Every order gets a confirmed production and delivery schedule in writing with the quotation.
Can the pipe be used for water or fire-protection systems?
Please provide the intended service, design pressure and project requirements. Material, coating, testing and any required approvals must be agreed for that application; the size guide alone does not establish suitability.
