Shell Material

Q235 carbon-steel shell. Surface preparation, coating or lining system, inspection and repair requirements are confirmed for the project environment.

Treatment Process

The product brochure describes MDS suspended biofilm media and a sludge pre-return process. Final tank arrangement, equipment and hydraulic routing are confirmed in the technical proposal.

Pollutant Removal

Effluent targets and acceptance conditions are agreed against influent quality, flow, temperature and operating conditions. Any required polishing or disinfection is confirmed in the supply scope.

Model Format

YHWJ-A; specify the design treatment volume in cubic metres per day (m³/day).

Installation

Buried installation subject to site-specific foundation, groundwater, anti-flotation, loading, ventilation and maintenance-access requirements.

Operation

Control functions, alarms, routine checks and maintenance requirements are confirmed for the selected equipment configuration.

Flexibility

Provide daily and peak flow, occupancy patterns and influent variation so the design can be reviewed for actual operating conditions.

Sludge Reduction

The brochure identifies a sludge pre-return process. Sludge production, return strategy and removal frequency depend on the final process design and operation.
